Pallets, bulk stock, and cross warehouse transfers move on a 1 ton or 3 ton pickup with a driver who already knows the gate pass rules at JAFZA and the loading bay squeeze in Al Quoz. One AED price agreed up front, no deposit, dispatch within hours.
A late stock delivery usually comes down to two things, the wrong truck for the load, or a driver stuck at a gate he has never cleared before. We plan around both before a truck leaves the yard.
Message your warehouse address before midday and a truck is usually there that afternoon.
A single pallet and a full stock transfer are both covered by the same two truck sizes.
You settle the bill once the load is off and signed for at your dock, not before.
A single AED figure on WhatsApp before booking, never a vague estimate that changes later.
Dubai's industrial zones do not run like the rest of the city. Al Quoz service roads back up when several warehouses load at the same hour. Jebel Ali Free Zone will not let a truck past the barrier without a gate pass and a driver's Emirates ID already on file. Dubai Investment Park adds long internal roads between the entrance and the actual unit.
That gate and dock friction is the real problem in warehouse transportation, not the driving distance. Before a truck leaves our yard, the driver already knows which gate needs a pass booked in advance, which dock has a height limit, and which hour to avoid on the way in.
How does transportation actually work between Dubai warehouses?
Goods move by pickup truck between docks, most often on pallets or in loose cartons. A driver loads at one warehouse and delivers straight to the next stop, whether that is another warehouse, a retail store, or a construction site, usually within the same working day.
Every quoted price already includes the driver, fuel, and Salik. What you pick depends on the load and how many pallets are involved.

Jebel Ali Free Zone will not let a truck past security without a vehicle gate pass and the driver's Emirates ID on file. We apply for this before the job starts so the truck is not held at the barrier.
Between June 15 and September 15, UAE law pauses outdoor work from 12:30 PM to 3 PM. We build dock time around this window instead of fighting it.
Service roads in Al Quoz get busy between 10 AM and 1 PM as several warehouses load at once. Early morning or afternoon slots avoid the wait.
Commercial trucks cannot use Sheikh Zayed Road between 6 AM and 10 PM. Runs between Al Quoz and Jebel Ali route through Hessa Street or Al Khail Road instead.
Most pallet jobs do not. Our 3 ton truck offers a tail lift that raises and lowers a pallet without a forklift, useful for warehouses that do not have their own loading equipment on the day.
If the same warehouse to warehouse or warehouse to store run happens every week, a fixed monthly rate is usually cheaper than booking each trip on its own. Ask us for a rate on your route.
Same driver, same fixed price, whichever Dubai neighborhood the job is in.
Send us your warehouse address and load type. We will tell you the price and the truck before you commit to anything.
