Every price below includes your driver, fuel, and Salik tolls within Dubai. Nothing is added after the job. What you see on WhatsApp before you confirm is what you pay when the truck completes the trip.
Driver, fuel, and Salik always included in every price above
Both trucks start at fixed per-trip rates within Dubai. Driver, fuel, and Salik are always inside the price. Choose the size your job needs and see the full breakdown below.
A 1 ton pickup rental in Dubai starts from AED 170 per trip. A 3 ton pickup starts from AED 250. Both prices include the driver, fuel, and all Salik toll charges within Dubai. There is no deposit and nothing added after the job completes. For the exact price of your specific route, call or WhatsApp us — we confirm in under two minutes.
Different jobs need different billing structures. Choose the rate that matches how long you actually need the truck.
Monthly rates are available for warehouses, retailers, e-commerce businesses, and contractors with consistent transport volume. A fixed monthly contract gives you:
These are actual price ranges for common Dubai routes, not estimates. Your confirmed price on WhatsApp is always at or within these ranges. Longer distance or heavy traffic routes fall at the higher end.

Two factors push prices toward the higher end of the range: distance within the area (dropping at one end of JVC versus the other can add 15 minutes), and traffic conditions on the day. Routes that cross Sheikh Zayed Road or use Al Khail Road during peak windows sometimes require rerouting, which adds distance and time. We always confirm your exact price before the truck moves, not after.
Every optional item below is confirmed in writing before the truck moves. Nothing is added at the end without prior agreement.
If you need an extra pair of hands for heavy furniture, appliances, or stacked pallets. Optional, added only when you request it.
For trips to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, or Ras Al Khaimah. The crossing toll is included inside the inter-emirate rate we quote you.
The first 45 minutes of waiting at a pickup or drop location is free. Beyond that, a small waiting rate applies — confirmed before it runs.
Moving blankets, bubble wrap, and rope are available on request for fragile cargo, LED panels, furniture, or anything that needs cushioning during the trip.
Dubai is not a generic transport market. Several local factors affect how trucks move and what jobs actually cost.
Dubai’s Salik electronic toll system charges AED 4 per gate crossing. A trip from Mirdif to Al Barsha can pass through two Salik points; from Discovery Gardens to Business Bay can pass through three. Many companies quote a low starting price and add Salik at the end.
We include all Salik charges within Dubai inside every quoted price. You do not find out about a toll after the truck parks up. The number we send on WhatsApp has already accounted for the likely toll gates on your route.
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority restricts commercial pickup trucks on key roads during specific time windows. Sheikh Zayed Road carries a full daytime ban from 6AM to 10PM for commercial vehicles. Al Khail Road has three restricted windows. The Shindagha Tunnel and Airport Tunnel prohibit trucks at all times.
These restrictions do not stop your job — they change the route. We plan every trip around these RTA windows. For moves involving Al Barsha, Downtown, or Discovery Gardens, we recommend 10AM to 3PM slots for the most direct permitted routing.
From June 15 to September 15, UAE law bans outdoor work from 12:30PM to 3:00PM. This means morning bookings are essential for jobs in summer. The good news is that we do not charge summer surcharges. The rate you receive in July is the same rate you receive in January.
What does change is the timing recommendation. Summer jobs in JVC, Al Barsha, and Business Bay should begin no later than 9AM to ensure loading finishes before 12:30PM. For same-day summer bookings, we always check the time against this window before confirming dispatch.
Lease renewals in Dubai peak between the 28th and the 3rd of each month. This is when demand for pickup trucks spikes most sharply — especially in JVC, Discovery Gardens, International City, and Al Barsha, where lease turnovers are fastest.
Prices do not change during peak periods, but same-day availability is tighter. If your move falls between the 28th and 3rd, booking 48 to 72 hours ahead is the most reliable way to lock in your preferred time slot. Midweek bookings also tend to have better availability than weekend slots during peak windows.
No. Our rates are the same during Ramadan, Eid, National Day, and all public holidays. We operate 24 hours throughout. During Ramadan specifically, some buildings reduce their service elevator hours in the late morning and afternoon, so we recommend booking early morning slots for any Ramadan move involving a building permit. The price you receive is the same rate applied year round.

“Quoted AED 260 and paid AED 260. That is rare in Dubai. Most companies add Salik on top, or the driver mentions a fuel charge at the end. This did not happen once.”
“Office equipment from Business Bay to JLT. 3 ton truck with tail lift. The price was agreed on WhatsApp the night before and did not change at all. AED 520 total. Solid company.”
“Studio move from International City to Al Barsha. WhatsApp reply was instant, price was fair. No deposit needed and no extra charge when the driver helped carry boxes. AED 230 total.”
Every question below is one we actually receive. Honest answers with real numbers.
AED 170 is the genuine starting price for a 1 ton pickup trip within the same Dubai area. For example, a move from one building to another within JVC starts at AED 170. Cross-Dubai trips — say, from Mirdif to Al Barsha — fall between AED 190 and AED 240 depending on distance. The price you receive on WhatsApp is your confirmed quote, not an estimate. Driver, fuel, and Salik are always inside that number.
After the job is done. Always. We do not take a deposit and we do not collect payment before the truck moves. You pay by cash or bank transfer once your items have arrived at the destination. If you want to pay by card, let us know when booking and we send a payment link in advance. Nothing is collected upfront.
Salik is genuinely included in the price we quote you. We calculate the likely toll gates on your route before quoting and include them in the number. If your trip crosses two Salik points at AED 4 each, those AED 8 are already inside your quote. We have never once added a toll charge after a job completed.
If a job overruns the original estimate, the driver will tell you before additional time starts. We agree an extension rate then and there — AED 30 per 30 minutes for the 1 ton and AED 50 per 30 minutes for the 3 ton. You confirm it, the driver continues. Nothing is added without your explicit agreement first. See our full process at How We Work for a step-by-step explanation.
A 2BHK move in Dubai typically requires a 3 ton pickup. The cost depends on the route. A move within the same community — say, from one JVC building to another — starts at AED 250 to AED 300. A cross-Dubai move such as JVC to Business Bay runs AED 300 to AED 360. This covers the truck, driver, fuel, and Salik. If you need helpers for heavy items, each is AED 100. Yes. Monthly contracts are available for businesses with regular transport needs — warehouses, retailers, contractors, and e-commerce operations. A monthly contract gives you a fixed price per trip or per day, priority dispatch, and monthly billing. The rate is agreed in advance and does not fluctuate. Call or WhatsApp us to discuss the right structure for your volume.
No, if you cancel more than 2 hours before the agreed arrival time. Let us know as early as possible and there is no charge at all. If you cancel after the driver is already on the way to your location — within the final hour or two — a small partial fee may apply to cover the driver’s time. We treat this fairly and always discuss it before applying anything.
