Just 4 honest steps between your WhatsApp message and a truck at your door – with real drivers and real prices in between.
This is where most people expect a form, an app, and three days of back-and-forth. That is not how we work. You call +971 54 547 0633 or send us a WhatsApp at any hour. A real person picks up, or a message comes back within minutes.
Tell us three things: where the truck picks up, where it drops off, and when you need it. That is enough. We do not need a full inventory list, a move schedule, or your Emirates ID. If we need more details to price the job correctly, we ask. If we do not, we move straight to your quote.
WhatsApp works best for jobs booked in advance because you get a written record of the price before anything is confirmed. Calls work best when you need the truck the same day and want a faster response. Both channels are open 24 hours, including Ramadan and public holidays.
Yes. Most of our bookings start on WhatsApp. Send your pickup area, destination, and date. We reply with availability and your final AED price, usually within five minutes. Once you confirm, the booking is set. No account needed, no form to fill out.
Just tell us: where from, where to, and when
We cover every Dubai community, including industrial areas
Lease renewals in Dubai peak between the 28th and the 3rd of each month. If your move date falls inside that window, book 48 to 72 hours ahead. Same-day slots in JVC, Discovery Gardens, and International City fill up fastest during this period.
Dubai has a reputation for truck rental companies that quote one number and collect another. The Salik appears. The fuel surcharge appears. The helper who was “included” becomes a separate line. That is not our model.
We give you one number before the truck moves. That number covers the driver, the fuel, and the Salik tolls. It does not change between our message and the end of your job unless you add something, like a second helper or an extra hour, which we always agree before going ahead.
For a 1 ton pickup truck rental, prices start from AED 170 per trip within the same area. For a 3 ton pickup, trips start from AED 250 per trip. Inter-emirate routes to Sharjah, Ajman, or Abu Dhabi are priced separately and quoted upfront the same way.
Your price is based on distance, duration, and whether you need loading helpers. Driver, fuel, and Salik tolls are always included. There are no hidden fees. The AED number you receive on WhatsApp before confirming is the number you pay at the end of the job.
Most Dubai towers from JBR and Marina to JVC and Business Bay require a formal Move-In Permit before any truck enters. Emaar buildings use the Emaar One app. Nakheel communities have their own portals. JLT towers go through DMCC. Apply at least five business days before your move. We supply our trade license and insurance certificate for the building management side, but the tenant-side documents (Ejari, Emirates ID, landlord NOC) must come from you.
Your driver will call you 30 minutes before arriving. Not a notification from an app. An actual call from the driver who is on the way to your location. This gives you time to open the building gate, book the service lift if your building requires it, or bring boxes to the ground floor before the truck pulls in.
Our drivers know the difference between a service entrance in a JVC tower and a residential gate in Mirdif. They carry our company documents (trade license, vehicle registration, insurance) in the truck, which is what building security asks for when you arrive without a permit or when they need to verify the moving company is licensed.
Loading and unloading is done by the driver unless you have requested additional helpers. Cargo is strapped and secured before the truck moves. For jobs with electronics, wooden furniture, or fragile goods, we use moving blankets on request. For jobs in summer months — June through September — all outdoor loading stops between 12:30PM and 3PM as required by UAE law. We plan your booking timing around this automatically.
Yes, a licensed driver is included on every booking. They call 30 minutes before arrival, handle access at the building if needed, load the cargo, and secure it properly before driving. You do not drive the truck yourself at any point.
For same-day bookings, most Dubai areas receive a truck within 2 to 4 hours. Industrial areas like Jebel Ali and DIP may take slightly longer depending on current dispatch. If you book the day before, we confirm a specific arrival window — usually a 30 to 60 minute slot — so you are not waiting around all morning.
From June 15 to September 15, UAE law bans outdoor work between 12:30PM and 3:00PM. Temperatures peak between 45°C and 50°C in July and August. For a 3 ton job with multiple items, we recommend booking a 7AM to 11AM slot. Electronics, wooden furniture, and leather goods should not stay in an open truck bed in direct sun. Request our dry box option if your load includes fragile or heat-sensitive items.
Once your items have arrived at the destination and the driver has completed the unloading, you pay. Not before. The amount you pay is the amount we quoted on WhatsApp. Cash and bank transfer are both accepted. There is no card machine on the truck, so if you prefer to pay by card, let us know when booking and we arrange the transfer link in advance.
If something did not go as expected — a delay, a missed pickup window, a damaged item — tell us before you pay. We would rather sort it then and there than have a dispute later. That is why we ask for payment at the end, not the start.
Yes. We do not take deposits. You pay only after the trip is done, once the truck has reached the destination and you confirm the job is complete. This applies to all bookings, including same-day ones.
Cash is accepted on delivery. Bank transfers can be arranged before the job if preferred. We do not operate a card machine on the truck, but we can share a payment link for card payments if you request it when booking.
“Quoted AED 260 and paid AED 260. That is rare in Dubai.” — Rashid M., Discovery Gardens

Questions about the booking process, not the trucks.
Once we send your price on WhatsApp and you reply to confirm, your booking is set. There is no additional deposit, no contract to sign, and no confirmation email to wait for. We save your name, pickup area, and job time on our side. The driver is assigned once you confirm.
Yes. Let us know as early as possible by calling or messaging the same WhatsApp number. If you cancel more than 2 hours before the scheduled time, there is no charge. If you cancel with less than 2 hours notice and the driver is already on the way, a small partial fee may apply. Rescheduling is always free and handled on the same call.
If your job overruns the original time estimate, we agree an extended rate before the driver continues. The hourly rate for a 1 ton truck is AED 35 per hour, and AED 50 per hour for the 3 ton. We never charge extra time without telling you the rate first. The driver will inform you if the job is likely to go over before it does, not after.
Yes. We cover routes from Dubai to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah. Inter-emirate prices are quoted separately and always include the toll crossing. Dubai to Sharjah starts from AED 350 for the 1 ton truck. Let us know the destination and we will price it on the same WhatsApp message as your quote.
Yes. Helpers for loading and unloading can be added to any booking. The rate is AED 100 per helper per job. Let us know the nature of your load when you call — if you have heavy appliances, a full office, or multiple floors without a service lift, we will suggest the right number of helpers so the job runs efficiently.
Yes. Fixed monthly rates are available for warehouses, retail businesses, contractors, and e-commerce companies with regular transport needs. Monthly contracts provide priority dispatch, a fixed rate per trip or per day, and simplified billing at the end of each month. Contact us to discuss the right arrangement for your volume.
Call or WhatsApp right now. Tell us where and when. A quote comes back in two minutes and a truck follows shortly after.
